How to change a system that thrives on inefficiency? A question I have been pondering long and hard this week. Grand old lady NHS so desperately needs to evolve and become more efficient but just as Darwin discovered people fear evolution. But where there’s a will there’s a way. I love the old dear but she’s in need of a nip and a tuck. All I have to figure out now is how to make her hearing-aid work!!
